We are manufacturing the products sold on our website. We work hard to ensure that the product information on our site is accurate. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and / or other information than shown on our website. You should always read the labels, warnings and instructions that come with the product before using it, and not just rely on the information presented on our site. Therefore, we are not responsible for any differentiations.
Payment by debit card
Orders are made through the website  www.nordickoji.co
We have minimum orders based on monetary value of 500DKK.
Once you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation of your order via e-mail.
Along with your delivery, you will receive a delivery note. On the delivery note you can see if there are items we have not been able to deliver or have replaced (see the section below on Replacement items). 
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped, until then the money is reserved in your account.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and taxes.
Once you have completed your order on nordickoji.co, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after. You will receive the final receipt the day after the payment has taken place, where any changes have been made.
If you do not receive your order confirmation or receipt, it may have ended up in your spam filter and will therefore be under ‘unsolicited emails’. 
Special conditions upon delivery
nordickoji.co delivers to all of Denmark.
We ship items between Wednesday and Friday. We do not send goods out on Monday and Tuesday (administration days) and at the weekend, as the goods here will be stranded by the freight company over the weekend.
We can only send orders that do not contain refrigeration / frozen goods to non-bridged islands.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 3-5 working days after we have received your order depending on whether your order is a stock item.
Often, however, the delivery time will be 1-2 days. If you need to use your item on a special day, please contact us at info@nordickoji.co – then we will make sure to prioritize it.
Are you not home on delivery?
If you are not at home when we deliver the package, the package will most often be placed in front of your front door, unless otherwise stated. 
We also deliver to you who live in locked stairwells. Our freight company will try to get into the stairwell and place your package. If you consider that the bidder does not have the opportunity to enter the staircase during the day, you can enter your company address when ordering, instead of your private address or write the code for the stairwell in the comments field. You can also add a neighbor who can be called on by. 
Refrigerated transport / optional refrigerated packaging:
If you order to a parcel shop, it is important that you pick up your refrigerated goods on the same day as they are handed in so that the goods are received refrigerated. Our refrigerated packaging can keep the temperature for up to 72 hours from shipment and the goods must therefore be picked up the same day as they arrive.
Delivery to non-bridged islands:
Nordickoji.co delivers to all of Denmark incl. non-bridged islands.
However, we do not have the option of delivering refrigerated goods to non-bridged islands. However, they can be ordered without a keel for non-bridged islands.
Delivery prices incl. handling is as follows:
 Shipping prices
· Shipping to parcel shop DKK 39 for all orders under DKK 549
· Shipping to home delivery DKK 49 for all orders under DKK 749
· Shipping is free on all orders over DKK 999 to the parcel shop
· For purchases over DKK 999. but for home delivery, it costs an extra DKK 39.
Refrigerated packaging of DKK 35 can be purchased when purchasing refrigerated goods. 
At nordickoji.co you can pay with one of the following Danish issued payment cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment can also be realized with MobilePay services.

Right of withdrawal when buying food
According to Danish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal when buying food and other goods for the household’s current consumption.

Right of withdrawal when buying other than food (non-food)
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods that are NOT food or goods for the household’s current consumption. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive the item.
In order to regret a purchase, the condition of the item must be so good that we will be able to sell the item again at normal price. You have the right to inspect the item, just like in a physical store and subsequently return the item.
However, this means that the item must be returned in good condition and the same quantity as when you received it. As the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the goods, this may mean that the goods cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to store the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. If you use the product, however, it will basically mean that the right of withdrawal disappears.
Upon subsequent return of goods, this must be done against prior agreement with customer service. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.
Liability for damages
If the item is sold out, nordickoji.co will as far as possible find a suitable alternative to the sold out item within the same price range and quantity – or better. We will of course contact you and get confirmation that the replacement item can be used.
The price of your order remains unchanged even if you receive a replacement item.
Of course, if we can not find a suitable alternative and we can not deliver any item, you will not pay for the item and the amount will be automatically deducted from your bill.
Any defective or replacement items will appear on your final receipt, which you will receive when payment is made.

Complaint Food
If you have experienced errors or deficiencies in your food delivery, contact our customer service immediately. In order for your complaint to be timely, complaints must be made within a week of receipt no later than in the case of perishable food.
DO NOT complain about food
If you want to advertise other than food, you must contact our customer service by writing to info@nordickoji.co. When you shop at nordickoji.co, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. 
However, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. 
Always remember to contact our customer service BEFORE you send the item back. 
In the event of a complaint, please provide the order number and a detailed description of the problem.

The item must be sent in proper packaging and sent as a package. Remember to save the receipt for shipping, unless you have received a return label sent by our customer service.
How fast should I advertise?
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your shipping costs.

Money back
When refunding order amounts, please expect up to 8-14 days from the day the item is in our hands until the amount is returned to your account.

Of course, nordickoji.co does everything to ensure correct product information, but the product information is constantly changing and may be different from those displayed on nordickoji.co.
If you have questions, comments or corrections to an item or to the item information, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
All pictures are representative pictures of what the item has looked like. Packaging might be a subject to changes and the packaging design of the delivered item may be different from the one shown in the picture.
You should always read the text on the physical product before using it, especially if you have certain requirements for nutritional content and product composition or are allergic. 
Nordickoji.co reserves the right to make any tax changes, typing errors, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out items, non-delivery and force majeure. 
When you shop at nordickoji.co, we protect your personal information. We continuously update the content of our policy for how your personal information is processed. 
Nordic Koji Company ApS is responsible for all personal information such as name, address, and date of birth, which you pass on to us, or which we are informed when you shop on nordickoji.co. The information is stored at Nordic Koji Company ApS, which of course also takes responsibility for this confidential information.

We store your information for up to 5 years for our bookkeeping, in accordance with the Accounting Act’s requirements for storage and documentation.

Competition conditions 
You can only enter competitions once per draw. Competitions are not conditional on purchase. You are in the draw for the prizes when you participate in the competition in question either by e-mail or via social media and / or have answered the questions correctly . In case of suspicion of cheating, nordickoji.co has the right to exclude participants from the draw.
 If you win
The winners of the competition will be notified directly per. email, and the names are published on via social media. By entering the competition, you simultaneously accept this publication. The winners will receive their prize within approx. fourteen days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Other informations
If you participate in competitions, you must remember to provide all the personal information provided at the competition so that we can send you any prizes. We are not responsible for any printing errors. We reserve the right to change the winnings of a competition with immediate effect or to suspend the competition altogether. Employees with us as well as members of their households are not allowed to participate in competitions. The winners of the competitions must themselves report and withhold prize tax from SKAT.
